एसटीचे वेळापत्रक आता मिळवा एका क्‍लीकवर
औरंगाबाद : कोणती बस केव्हा निघेल याची चौकशी करण्यासाठी आता महामंडळाच्या चौकशी विभागाकडे जाण्याची गरज नाही. प्रवाशांचा वेळ वाचावा आणि त्यांना तत्काळ माहिती उपलब्ध व्हावी, यासाठी मध्यवर्ती बसस्थानकातर्फे "मेल पाठवा, वेळापत्रक मिळवा‘ ही अनोखी मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे.
कोणत्याही बसच्या वेळापत्रकाची माहिती मिळविण्यासाठी प्रवाशांना चौकशी विभागाकडे जावे लागते. यामुळे चौकशी विभागात नेहमीच गर्दी असते. प्रवाशांना वेळेवर माहिती मिळून अधिकाऱ्यांचा ताण कमी करण्यासाठी मध्यवर्ती बसस्थानकाचे आगारप्रमुख एल. व्ही. लोखंडे व वाहतूक नियंत्रक रमेश म्हारोळकर यांनी ही मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे. हे वेळापत्रक अँड्रॉईड मोबाईल आणि कॅम्प्युटरवर पाहण्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध केली आहे.
प्रवाशांनी फक्‍त "dmawb2@rediffmail.com‘ या मेलवर "सेंड टाइम टेबल‘ हे टाइप करून पाठवायचे आहे. प्रवाशांच्या त्याच मेलवर महामंडळाच्या कार्यालयीन वेळेत वेळापत्रक पाठविले जात आहे. एक सप्टेंबरपासून सुरू झालेल्या मोहिमेचा पाच प्रवाशांनी फायदा घेतला असल्याची माहिती महामंडळाच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनी दिली. मध्यवर्ती बसस्थानकातून सुटणाऱ्या सर्व गाड्यांचे सुधारित वेळापत्रक बनविण्यासाठी दीड महिन्याचा कालावधी या कर्मचाऱ्यांना लागला. वेळापत्रक पाठविण्याच्या कामासाठी सात कर्मचारी कार्यरत असल्याचेही अधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले.
""मध्यवर्ती बसस्थानकातून राज्यातील कानाकोपऱ्यात बस सोडण्यात येतात. यामुळे चौकशी विभागावर सतत गर्दी असते. ही बाब ओळखून आम्ही प्रवाशांना मेलवर वेळापत्रक पाठविण्याची मोहीम हाती घेतली आहे. एक सप्टेंबरपासून आम्ही प्रवाशांना वेळापत्रक पाठवीत आहोत. सर्वांनी याचा लाभ घ्यावा.‘‘

प्रवाशांसाठी उपयुक्त ठरलेल्या ‘एम-इंडिकेटर’ या अ‍ॅपवर उपनगरीय रेल्वे, एक्स्प्रेस यांचे वेळापत्रक आहे. या अ‍ॅपच्या अपडेट सुविधेत एसटी महामंडळ आणि रेल्वेच्या सुधारित वेळापत्रकासह अन्य बाबींचा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. राज्य परिवहन विभागाने प्रायोगिक तत्त्वावर एसटी बसचे वेळापत्रक अ‍ॅपच्या अपडेट व्हर्जनमध्ये उपलब्ध करून दिले आहे.
राज्य परिवहन मंडळाच्या बससोबत वातानुकूलित श्रेणीत धावणारी ‘शिवनेरी’ बसची माहिती स्वतंत्रपणे उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आली आहे. ‘गाव तेथे एसटी’ या धोरणानुसार राज्यभर एसटीचे जाळे पसरले आहे. सुमारे ६६ लाख एसटीचे प्रवासी आहेत, तर राज्यात रोज १८ हजार बस धावतात. या अ‍ॅपमुळे लाखो प्रवाशांना घरबसल्या बस क्रमांकासह सर्व माहिती मिळणार आहे. अ‍ॅपमध्ये राज्यातील बस डेपोचे दूरध्वनी क्रमांक आहेत.
प्रवाशांनी हरकती नोंदवल्यास एसटी बसच्या वेळापत्रकात बदल करण्याची तयारी एसटी महामंडळाने दर्शवली आहे. रेल्वेचे वेळापत्रक पूर्वीपासून अ‍ॅपवर आहे. सुधारित व्हर्जनमध्ये पीएनआर नंबर, तिकिटांचे स्टेटस, ट्रेनमधील उपलब्ध आसन व्यवस्था, ट्रेनचे तिकीट यांचाही समावेश आहे. अ‍ॅपमध्ये मोनो, मेट्रो, लोकल, बस, एक्स्प्रेस यांचे वेळापत्रक, तर रिक्षा, टॅक्सी आणि फेरी बोट यांचे दरपत्रक आणि वेळापत्रक आहे.

राज्य परिवहन महामंडळाने महाराष्ट्रातील
सर्व गाडयाचे वेळापत्रक त्याच्या सरकारी बेबसाईट वर टाकावी. लोकांना ईमेल
पाठविण्याची गरजच पडणार नाही. त्यासाठी वेगळया सात माणसाची नियुक्ती
करण्याची गरज पडणार नाही. सरकारी राज्य परिवहन महामंडळाने त्याची बेबसाईट
वेळोवळी अदयावत ठेवावी.

आणि यांची सेवा गाड्या STAND पाहिल्या कि वाटते अजूनही हि सेवा १९४८
सालातच फेऱ्या मारत आहे. सरकारी सेवा कशी असावी हे बघण्यासाठी युरोप
अमेरिकेत जाण्यापेक्षा गोवा तमिळनाडूला जाऊन अभ्यास करावा.

मी माझा एक अनुभव सांगतो S T च्या website
वरून एकदा तिकीट बुक केले होते . त्याची रिसीट सुद्धा मिळाली , प्रवासाच्या
दिवशी हे लोक सांगतात कि website वरचे वेळा पत्रक जुने आहे . अशी कोणतीही
गाडी येथून सुटत नाही . असा ह्यांचा कारभार . आता सांगा ह्या बातमीवर
विश्वास ठेवायचा का नाही .? हे लोक खरच वेळापत्रक व्यास्थातीत देतील का ?

हे सर्व ठीक आहे पण MSRTC ची website पण
अध्यावत करावी. वेळापत्रक बगताना एकाच शहराची/गावाची चार चार/पाच पाच नावे
येतात. जर दोन नावाची गावे असतील तर पुढे तालुका किव्हा जिल्लायाचे नाव
यावे. नावापुढे जे shor forms वापरले आहेत ते कळत नाहीत.

If not, then in case of debit to your Bank A/C, the money will be refunded back to you, within 7 working Days from the date of transaction / Processing of refund request.
